Due to the nature of this event we can only offer refunds for cancelled tickets up to three weeks prior to the event (2013-10-26) and we can only repay 75% of the fee paid. There is no refund for cancellations of the Masterclass participation tickets, and no refund if you cannot get to the venue. You are welcome to re-sell or give away your tickets if you cannot make it to the event – just let us know the new names so we can update the badges and the attendee list. By participating in this event you agree that your involvement, the contracts with the organisers and any disputes are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
